The fact that she did something so stupid means two things. One, he's most likely her boyfriend as she wouldn't do something so stupid in front of anyone else. Two, she's an outgoing and most likely attractive girl. The dude's lack of reaction goes to show that he doesn't care about the well being of his girlfriend and thus is a douchebag.
