I remember reading somewhere that, while Pixar never dismissed the idea, there currently are no plans to make a sequel unless/ until the writers can come up with a story at least as good as the original.

the underminer would have been lame. Im hoping if there is a second its either years in the future where dash and violet and them are old enough to be actual heroes themselves, or years in the past where there were asstons of heroes in the golden age doing some sort of avengers deal.
