I only speak facts. An arrogant person usually has a false sense of confidence, has no interest in providing proof to back up their claims, and boasts for all to see as if they were superior to everyone. I do none of those. If I am unsure or don't know something, I'll let you know or I will keep my mouth shut. If I know for certain, I have no problem voicing the fact. I know for certain he passed because of what I did. It made him straighten out, he was a senior, he was going nowhere and what I did embarrassed him and infuriated him. But he wasn't really mad at me, but at himself. I am not sure what happened that night, but he came back the next day focused, determined and he remained that way for the rest of the year. We were not friends and rarely talked in class. But at graduation he came up to me and gave me a firm hand shake a a little nod. He was thanking me. Now realize that at the time I just wanted a bit of revenge, to give him the grade he deserved rather than my well earned grade. It turned into so much more though.
