You know why reposts are reposted? Because they're obviously successful and funny. You know why OC isn't posted more often? Because it's not always funny.
And all the funny OC becomes reposts in the end...
All the good content is recycled while the bad is left to rot.
It really shouldn't be such an issue to complain about.. just accept it and move on.

Not really. When we see OC, we usually call it Cancer, and tell OP to get the fuck out.

FJ has tons of OC. It's just that most of it sucks.

When I browse newest uploads, there's quite a bit of OC.
Some of it's OK or even good, and I thumb that up, but most of it is complete crap. At times, it really makes me question the sanity or intelligence of the creator.
Like... there's a lot of stuff that gets posted or even makes front page where I can look at it and go "Alright, this isn't my bag, but there's effort here and I can see why other people might like it."
A lot of OC isn't that. It's shit. Complete shit. But it needs to happen, so that we appreciate the good stuff we find when we find it, and then repost it later.
