Cats that fall from over 12 stories have a higher survival rate than those that fall between 5 and 12 stories (~10 feet/story). This is because cat's are able to reach terminal free fall speed from this height, and without the acceleration they loosen up. Tense falls are responsible for the injury, so a larger fall will allow the cat to become more relaxed and therefore less prone to fatal impact injuries. In theory, the majority of cats that fall from any given height above 12 stories (120 feet to infinity) would survive impact, and would live if their injuries (if any) are treated shortly after.

TL;DR Cat's are more likely than not to survive a fall from any height over 120 feet.
