It is from Guilty Crown. I thought the show was pretty good. 24 eps long I believe, post-apocolyptic genre with a love story in there somewhere (although not with the girl in this pic).

The only show that ever over did it with the plot and shit was Highschool DxD. Couldn't make it all the way through. Ill also tag Elfen Lied up there.
