Don't scratch them immediately, stay with me I do this everyday.
Get in the shower turn the heat up to where it is getting almost too hot. If you have a removable shower head start spraying your balls with the hot water. You will understand immediately why I do this. As your balls get used to the heat increase the heat in small increments till you feel like you are about to have an orgasm. don't try to reach orgasm, It will never happen so don't try.
