boy do i love ramen!

Has anyone actually tried Ramen in the pouch without the hot water? This may sound crazy, but it's fucking amazing. Just crunch up a bag of Ramen before opening, carefully take out the sauce pack, empty contents back into package and eat it out of the bag. I learned that the water just absorbs the flavor and makes it less desirable. This way you can get the most taste out of it and it makes an awesome travel mix.

I do this in a large mug. Makes it easier to shake to mix flavoring also the bags can get small holes (or even big ones) when u crunch it up that let flavoring on the floor.

Plus a mug makes it convenient to carry/sit somewhere.

I haven't tried that mug method. Sounds better than what I got.
I also occasionally, and by occasionally I mean as often as I can, do that with/by crushing ice and just eating that unless in I want to add a little bit of squeeze from any fruit, like lemon, to give it a tiny bit of zing to it.

If you look around Ramen is like .33$ USD and one bag=one meal. Literally many college students eat nothing but that for months at a time. I know I did.

After a few days in a row it sucks but you find ways to add things (sauce, spice, etc) that are cheap to keep it going.

have you tried food stamps. college students do occasionally get food stamps. I personally work at one of the college cafeterias and get food at their for free. I can also apply for food stamps since I am working and have bills to pay. I have just enough money to pay for books when I do that.

Food stamps don't go that far with real food. One way or another you're eating packing material.

Also it wasn't just cause I or my classmates had little money at the time it was also because we were college students and we had no inclination to cook real meals.
