First day of college: I'm going to have so much work!! D:

A month later: Still no homework. Final paper already done. Easier than high school.

are you serious, my course costs £9000 a year, plus a maintenance loan of £4000 and repeat that for 4 years... my debt will be hella big.

In Scotland we don't need loans.
Everyone has 5 years free funding for their courses, weather its all 5 in one course, or 1 year in 5 courses. Also, if the household income is less than 20000 a year (I think thats the limit unsure though may be higher) you are given money to help pay for travel costs, books, applications etc.

I don't have to pay back student loans until I get a job that earns more than £21,000 a year, and if I stop that job, the pay back also stops until I get another job earning more than that, and anything I haven't paid back after 30 years gets written off instantly.
I think that's a pretty good deal.

If you're going to uni hoping for a job paying £21,000 a year than why are you going?

I'll ask for £20,999.99 a year with the job.

But you could get a job like that without university

"You're" isn't a word; it's a contraction of the two words "you" and "are".
