That doesn't matter, the difference in height isn't enough to make a shadow COMPLETELY disappear, reappear, disappear again, and then reappear again.

I have common knowledge enough of the physical world to know that shadows just don't disappear when exposed to an inch or two of grass. And someone else made the point that the arc at the end of the shot doesn't match the arc of the original trajectory.

On that note, are YOU a video analyst expert?

Angle of the camera is unknown.

Level of grass to court is unknown.

But, the lawn/court difference in level is not an inch or two. Distance of the camera away from the court and difference in height between the lawn/court is noticeable, so its more than an inch or two and the spots where the basketball disappear and reappear again are both in the exact spots where the camera cant see the grass. Unless the camera was at a higher elevation, it wont get it. As for the trajectory, don't use big words if you don't fully understand them. You are watching the shadows trajectory at an off-angle. Keeping that in mind with the court/lawn height difference, the trajectory matches up perfectly when its back on the court.

So yeah, don't big yourself up if you cannot make a proper, educated guess.

Also watch the upper right corner of the goal. The other three wiggle when the ball hits the backboard while that one does not.

Even if it's at an off angle the arc is going to travel smoothly and not jump at the end like it does in the video. I'm not bigging myself up I'm making a basic observation.
