ive seen this before a while back. it actually does stop if you watch it long enough

after it loops for a while it stops.

If there isn't friction then the ball loses no energy at any point during this which means the only possible scenario is for the ball to propel the next ball up exactly as it was.

*Note-this is physically impossible, but theoretically possible

if something don't have any friction, wouldn't it then go faster and faster until it reach speed of light (or close to the speed of light)

No, Newton's first law states that on object in motion or at rest will stay in motion or at rest unless acted upon by an outside force. This means that unless you push or pull on an object, it will continue to move at the same speed it was already moving. Which makes sense when you think about it, a ball sitting on your yard isnt going to go flying off into space all of a sudden.

theoretically, this is not possible. not all the energy is conserved, when it strikes the green elastic thing, it is left bouncing back and forth and then it stops... indicating that there is indeed friction.

if the green elastic thing continued to reverberate as the balls moved then it would be accurate.

Gains a lot of velocity right here with the 3 curved slopes and bouncing between two surfaces. Thus, after this process, it may have gained enough velocity and thus more force and it could theoretically be possible for it to propel the other ball.

while you're totally right, you didn't have to go through all of that techno-babble. you could have just pointed out that this is a perpetual motion machine, which is an impossibility according to newton's second law. that's all that most people could have made sense of.
