the person in this picture is Red, the main character in the video games, and a total badass. and in the game his height is stated as something over 5 feet. i forget how many inches but it's over 5 feet.

well, given that the picture shows him standing next to Red, i'm using R/B/Y as a reference, and in those games they're all the same size

regular people can go from 1.40 to 2.30, its a pretty big chance pokemon can be different sizes aswell

If you're referring to the game given heights then they're completely different to the anime and what most people would expect them to be. Furret is taller than charizard (5'07") , nidoking is 4'07" and arbok is 11'06" tall.

Fair enough, but considering most people get their perception of pokemon sizes from the anime it's understandable whoever made it thought it might be bigger.
