people have been sucked into jet engines and shot out the other end and survived. you don't need your arms and legs to live. and as for the blood loss, there were plenty of people around who could have rushed to the scene and stopped the bleeding before he bled out. and think about this: his legs got ripped off which means the point of impact was below his torso. that means the only thing that hi his upper body was the ground, which wouldnt necessarily kill him, depending on the angle of the fall.

im not an idiot. i know the different types of psychologists. but we're talking about one type: a psychological counselor. the kind that sits in a room with you and says "How does that make you feel?" a bunch of times without actually giving you any helpful information. all they do is, like i said above, perpetuate the idea that something is wrong with you. the truth is, almost everyone's brain operates under the same psychological rules. which means there is no reason talking to a therapist should make any difference. f your brain is somehow different, and doesn't play by the rules, that means it's damaged, and that's when you go to a psychiatrist, who, assuming you really are sick, should put you in a mental hospital to protect society from you harming them, or to protect you from harming yourself.

i'll give you an example of how easy psychology is to understand. i laughed at this because it was funny to me. i found it funny because it looks like something you would see in a cartoon. the reason i wasn't offended by the morbidity of it was because i've seen so much gore in my life that my brain has been conditioned to it. i'm used to it. and i'm going to seek out more gruesome stuff on the internet because now that i'm used to it, i need more shocking images to stimulate my mind. otherwise i get bored, and too much boredom leads to depression. i've been depressed before, so my brain knows to avoid it by constantly looking for more shocking things to see.

now give me a degree because that's all it takes to be a psychologist.

i was referring to psychologists, not psychiatrists. psychiatrists can prescribe drugs, so at least they're trying to help, albeit in a misguided way.

and im not saying shocking stuff is the only solution to boredom, but it is one of the most convenient, as it's the most immediately accessible.

Psychologists aren't just the people that sit with you and say "Yes, do go on," and "i'm listening," The term psychologist covers a wide range of professions and fields.
Also, drugs aren't all bad, yes some can have adverse effects but they're few and far between.
