It's a show called Community, about a group of misfits at a Community College. It aired on NBC, and I have no idea if it's still around, sure you can find it on netflix.

Now sony has removed Harmon as a showrunner. The new ones are some fags that directed "Just Shoot Me" and the pilot of the american version of "The IT Crowd" :S
