I don't feel an obligation to speak in conversations, so I usually get this a lot.
Not sure why people feel such a persistent need to talk. Everyone's afraid of the ever-daunting "awkward silence," but it's just something people create in their minds. Seriously, there's no such thing as awkward. No one appreciates the silence - to just have and enjoy the presence of company. There has to be sound. Once you try to force conversation, discussion becomes talk, and talk might as well just be noise.
So much noise.

Where does all the smoke go?
Why doesn't he ever blink?
Is his neck sore?
How's come I can't see him breathing?
Is his name really Greg?
How high am I?
How high are you?

I hate when people say that I don't talk that much
