Well, look at the comment # of the picture you just rolled. The FJ Pony Thread is coming up on 4.5 million comments total. And damn near every one of them has a picture attached. I'm unaware of the exact statistics, but I'm pretty sure you can safely say that your chances of getting a picture from the Pony Thread when rolling images is at least 25%.
