But if he posts this on 5 different pictures his odds of succeeding are 1 in 5 because each time he has a 1/100 chance so lets do some math, (1/100)+(1/100)+(1/100)+(1/100)+(1/100)= 5/100 which reduces to 1/20.

You don't add the probabilities (by your logic, rolling 100 times would give a 100% chance of rolling 69 at least once; in reality you could roll any number of times and never get 69). The odds of rolling 69 at least once in 5 tries is 1 minus the chance you don't roll 69 five times in a row. So 1 - (99/100)^5 = .049. You were close with 1/20, but you math you used to arrive there was incorrect. THE MORE YOU KNOW!

When you *roll 2* you have a 1 in 10 chance to roll any pair of dubs because there are 10 pairs of dubs.

If you *roll 2* to get a specific number like 69, or a specific pair of dubs like 99, you have a 1 in 100 chance to roll that specific number because there are 99 other numbers that can come out.
