no it wont work, you can stand on your own feet, but once you start turning, you'll fall off because the only thing keeping you on your own feet is gravity... so you would simply slip off when you start turning and reach a point where half of you is coming out of one portal and the other half of you coming out the other portal...

i'm pretty sure this would work because you keep your original momentum going through the portal so you would be stuck falling through one and out the other and taken gravity doesn't catch you before you start falling down the orange one again this should go on forever...which would suck in its own way

actually it would stop eventually for similars reasons as to why a wheel wouldn't spin forever. Wheels stop for two main reasons, friction between the wheel and its axis, and friction between the wheel and air. In this case, there is no friction between the people and the axis because there is no direct contact. That still leaves air friction, which would eventually slow down their rotation until they stopped.

what if you stuck your hand in a portal then turned it off, would it cut off your hand?
