I am guessing you don't like learning very much, but too bad. Dead Pools draw is called Comedic Duality, AKA a Double Act. The humor as you characterize it is exactly that, but that is not what makes him amusing. It is the fact that he is so far removed from that which surrounds him. He is insane, and acts as he does despite being surrounded by serious situations and gruff superheroes who haven't smiled since they were 5 and all their parents died. A bad analogy would be 99 fully uniformed and armed Nazi SS Officers and one clown in full make up and kit marching in unison, every step creating 99 clacks and one squeek as they walk. Not funny, no, but jarring.

Well if you only see him as the internet meme, then yeah he might get a bit too much. But look at him in Deadpool & Cable. He's loony there, but still within limits.
