I've been working out recently and i noticed igained some weight...
Im not sure if im building muscle up on the fat or losing the fat and gaining more muscle. Care to clarify?

Well then sorry to say but it sounds like fat, or you could be retaining a lot of water if your diet has been crap, but other than that there is no reason why body weight exercises would attribute to 10lbs of muscle in that time frame. Some of the weight is probably muscle, but not much.
