Ok, so I`m a normal weight for my height and age.

But I fucking hate my stomach fat, that`s all I wanna lose. I want to be able to take my shirt off without being shy. I can`t lose anything in the winter right now though, but once spring kicks in, I`m going to try my best.

Can you guys tell me the FASTEST and best way to get rid of stomach and breast fat?
I don't know anything about working out.

and I am 14 so I can't really go to a gym.

How much do you weigh and how tall are you?
I'm at a similar situation and same age but probably a bit more heavy as I'm 5'6 and weigh like 145 pounds.

The fastes and most effective way is to just stop eating.

But I don't suggest doing that

Calorie deficit. Try and start with burning 200 more calories than you eat. This is best done through exercise, you can't just starve yourself. Find a way to build muscle, there's gotta be dumbbells. Muscle burns calories 24/7, so it helps with the deficit. If that's not an option get a lot of cardio in.

Just find the activities you are doing and put them in one at a time (ex. running, then reset it, hockey, then reset it)
