Gymnast here, besides a few shoulder-based skills I'm lacking I have just about everything I need.
BUT usually finishing my first floor routine during practice makes me feel dizzy and pretty close to fainting for a few minutes after. Is this a lack of cardio excersize?

im assuming this is because of your inner ear. we have a little bone in our ear with a bunch of fluid. this is what helps us keep our balance. so when we are doing flips and stuff the liquid is sloshing around your ear causing "dizzyness" once this fluid settles is when you regain your balance
do you feel better after a little while or are you tired rest of the day?

milk is horrible. its heavy and strong tasting.
and ramen is just fat and grease. yeah i think we found your problem. maybe you have a sensitive stomach or something.
is that what the school provides for you to eat or is that your own food? you might think about switching it up and it should be better
