Hi guys, so my gym have got a so called "AB-Coaster".

I tried it out, and I feel my abdominal muscles after using it very good.

Is it worth to keep working out on it, what are your experience with it?

simple circuit you can do:
for beginners, 3 rounds of 10, advanced 5 rounds of 20
hanging leg raises, (to make it easier you can do knees to elbows, for harder bring your legs up to the bar)
swiss ball jackknife (or do a pike instead for a more challenging exercise)
medicine ball russian twists
superman life (www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIJ2rcEsaUc this thing, try to hold for about 5 seconds each time and then slowly lower)
60 seconds rest between rounds, if you're feeling strong do 30 seconds

ill make this simple. All exercise machines work. every single one of them.

Do you need these things? no you dont need them you can do most of the moves on the floor. The thing these things do is give you motivation and maybe make it a bit more fun. So if you think about getting on the floor to do exercises and cringe yes you should keep using the machine

As long as you don't use momentum it's not that bad, but there are many other ways to target your abs that are much better.

Pretty good vid on what I mean by "Don't use momentum".
