I heard masturbating is bad for body builders and people who work out... and i have been working out at the gym for about 3 months now, only +2 Kg's (sad) but without any protein shakes or what ever... just natural food.
But the point is, is masturbating bad for fitness ?

You probably heard something along the lines of "it will drain your testosterone" but that doesn't happen by fapping, if anything the urge to do it raises your testosterone marginally. Unless you're a chronic masturbator and do it every hour of the day you'll be fine.
