Do GOMAD for crazy gains. Strong Lifts showed me massive gains. I went from 130lbs to 195lbs bw in a year and a half. Creatine is a good idea if you're going to follow a solid routine, but don't drink it with milk. Also, you'll get mad strength gains. Went from 135lbs squat to 360lb squat, and 400lb deadlift. I'm also 16 btdubs.

If there's one thing you should not take for granted, it's how much you need to eat. Make sure you're eating more than enough to see good gains. That's why I recommend GOMAD, it's impossible not to hit your calorie intake when on GOMAD.

Forgot to add that you might want to do some assistance work on Strong Lifts. Meaning, chins/pullups on OHP day, and dips/skull crushers on bench day

Make sure to be careful about creatine, most trainers i know advise to stay away from it. it is mean for people who work out vigorously, and without that is will just put on a lot of unnecessary fat.

You have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.

1. Creatine is completely safe as long as you stay hydrated. The only bad part is you get dehydrated, but you should be drinking enough water anyway, so that's not a problem

2. Creatine does not make you put on fat. You retain water. Water weight =/= fat

Oh really i don't know what i'm talking about ey? that's cool, please don't cuss at people you don't know mate. it shows immaturity, and yes it makes you retain water weight but it also has added protein to it which makes it add an unnecessary amount of that, which your body will store as fat. whenever i was on it i was working out 4-6 days a week and still gained 5 pounds in fat from the extra protein being stored.

It wasn't fat, it was water retention. If you know anything about creatine you'd know that bloating/retention is the number one complaint. And that complaints or notice of fat gain are rare and almost never happen.

You could also try the Navy Seal workout that someone below posted.

Do 15 minutes of crunches and pushups every morning. Go to the gym at least every other day. Take up running (this really helps). If I were you I would get rid of the protein, but that's just me. Overall, eat healthy, and keep working out, and you should achieve your goal in 2-3 months.
