So i have come to realize that 3 miles isnt really that much. The thing is that during weekdays, i only have enough time for 3 unless i want to go earlier, but that would mean doing school shit later. Would it be okay if on weekends, i bumped up to 4.5? I know i can handle it mentally, i just want to know if my body will flip the fuck out and gain 100lbs.
