Hi guys, so here is my routine , it is a split training which is divided on 3 days.
First Day: Chest, Shoulder, Biceps
Second Day: Legs, Belly, Lower back
Third Day: Back, Neck, Triceps
Do you think I shoul do one after another, or one rest day between them?
Which method is more efficient in your opinion?
What is your experience with that?
