Do you train forearms directly or do you let pulling motions take care of that?
I do train them because IMO there's no such thing as too much grip strength.

I isolate forearms, it's probably my favorite part of the arm and the vascularity on them is badass. Mostly forearm curls/reverse curls and then do this thing that mimics a keg walk with an ez bar and plates, just kinda grab the plates by the edges and walk about 40 paces.

ive found that using a pullup bar works the best. you use your own body weight to work them. start out by just hanging from the bar as long as you can. once you get stronger throw a towel over it and hang from the towel. the different grip will work them harder
