Wat do if i want to lose a small amount of body fat, but i really fucking hate running and jogging? What is the next best thing to lose a small amount of fat?
(besides swimming, fuck swimming)

Diet, buddy. During a cut (getting rid of body fat), I've been known to eat nothing but vegetables and fruits for an entire week, besides a protein shake at the gym. Stay hydrated, eat a lot of fruits and veg, drop your calorie intake to ~500 - 700 less than what you will normally have per day and hit the gym 6 out of the 7 days of the week.. Get ripped, bro.

You're really looking for cross fit workouts then. below i posted a all body workout. if you were to do that besides the running, and do them one after another(to keep you heart rate up and you body burning calories) then it should have a very similar effect to running :)
