I want to lose weight really bad.
Here are my stats:
17 yrs old, 210 lbs, 5'9, female
I used to weigh a much healthier weight without really trying, and I don't know what's happened, except maybe that I am at home all day and taking some medicines that are known to increase appetite. (Not making excuses. I know I could just stop eating as much, it's just hard.)
I have the physical side of dieting done. I know what to eat, how much of it to eat, and when to eat it, I just don't.
I guess what I really need is motivation. Something I can look at whenever I feel down and just want to eat a slice of dumb cake. Please, anyone, I need support...

motivation is the hardest part of dieting. a way i found how to stay motivated is to take pictures of yourself, like before pictures and after pictures. after a few weeks, take another picture. you will see the change, and thus will give you a strive for more change. also, keeping a diary of what you eat works as well, that way you see what you eat and watch your calorie intake.

If the medicines are making you hungry try drinking some water or eating food that's pretty much empty like lettuce.
