Hello, anyone have some good and fairly unknown back stretches? I have two knots in my rate lat: one near my shoulder and the other right beside my lower back. Need help so I can get back to playing hockey and working out at 100%.

strap two tennis balls together with electrical or stapping tape. put it against the wall (between your back and the wall) and rub the kinks out by moving around / squatting. its what i was taught to do when i was playing rugby.
