I have questions.
I want to lose about 30 pounds, and i want to know a good way about going about this.
I have no time limit or set date, although i may set one to motivate me.
I can easily eat healthy, but the issue i have is working out.
What exercises do i need to do? I've been told that aerobic exercises would be best, but i have very little space to work with. What are exercises i can do that take little space to do?
If it helps any, i'm most self conscious about my thighs and stomach/hip area, which is where i would like to try to lose the bulk of the weight.
Please and thank you.

If you have a local gym that has a pool, buy a membership and swim everyday if possible. Swimming is an excellent way to lose weight and it makes you stronger. The greatest benefit is it is not stressful at all to your body so you can work every muscle without becoming sore. I lost 20 pounds in about a month last year from high school swimming every day. If you swim 4-5 days a week, drink plenty of water, and avoid snack foods, you can lose that 30 pounds in around 3-4 months. I'm not very heavy but I'm still considered overweight (5'10" and 200 lbs) and this helped me go down to around 180 last year in about a month. I still struggle with weight though so I know how it feels bro. I hope this helps and wish you luck.
