I'm 6'1", 160lbs, should I go bulk, or rip-tone?

I was trying to do a functional-bulk type-deal, but it'll take longer to gain ground.

That's the thing, I'm indecisive.

I've been doing a lot of body-weight workouts lately, (because of boot-camp prep).

Then I'd recommend you to bulk for 2-3 months, preferably in a gym instead of using body-weight exercises.
