hello fitness board looking for some advice on how to tone up my thighs and stomach (well more my thighs since i do situps already for my stomach) in particular cause im lazy and pretty happy with the rest of my body :)

Lunges are great, so are squats, wall-sits, and ab bicycles (which I think workout both).
