The first digit that you get is the type of exercise that you do.
0. None, off for the day
1. Pushups
2. Crunches
3. Go to the gym (tomorrow)
4. Free weights (squats, lifts, etc)
5. Sit-ups with weights
6. Go for a run
7. Leg lifts
8. Roll again
9. Your choice (not including #0)

The last two digits determine how long you do it for (in minutes).
