ok i need some good exercises for the area above the wrist (i broke my arm and had it in a cast for a few weeks last year, but have never really bothered to bulk it up again but ow i do.)

Do some wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. They can be done with a barbel or dumbbells; I personally prefer dumbbells because the angle with the barbel is somewhat unnatural.

no, not really but at my school there is a gym that i have access to 2 times a week.

For upper back do lat pulldowns and seated rows. For lower back do some deadlifts and good mornings.

Always watch your form.

You should only focus on certain body parts if they are "deficient" compared to the rest of your body (focus on your back if your pecs are disproportionately strong). If that's not the case you should look to work every major body part (shoulders, back, chest, triceps, biceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and traps), otherwise you'll cause an imbalance that will eventually lead to a chronic injury.

In your case, having a history of back support problems it's a good idea to focus on that for a while.
