Hey guys, I was wondering if you have any tips for me. I'm training for a relay triathlon and I'm wondering what machines I should use and what my diet should be. I go to the gym every other day. Any tips? I'm going to be doing the swimming part.
If you are just assigned the swim then best training would be just to swin. Otherwise try to full body workouts placing emphasis on stamina not strength, ie 50-100 reps of a light weight instead of 6-10 reps of a heavy weight
