lay flat on the ground but keep your legs 6 in. above the ground-hold, lift to 45 degrees-hold, then lift to 90 degrees-hold, back to 45 then to 6 in above the ground. holding time is up to you. If you are new at these then keep your hands under the samll of your back to support you.
