Currently I'm doing full body workout three times a week with max 10 seconds pause during sets.

I do cardio two times a week. The best way to lose weight, is high intensity training, like interval.

Two times a week, walk/slow jogging in 30 sec, then give it your best in 30 sec straight, then repeat in 10-15 min, max 20 min.

I'm doing IF too. My eating window 6 hrs and my fasting window is at 18. Its going great!

I strongly recommend this to all who wants lose weight.
