Personally, I love doing triceps, chest, delts, and traps. The rest fucking sucks. Once Monday and Wednesday is done, I am depressed to have to wait till the next Chest day.

No, legs are okay for me. They just aren't my favorite. You're a normal person. For me, pull days suck (biceps and lats). I have a difficult time with those.

I hate lats and shoulders. I group chest/bis, and shoulders/lats/tris into seperate days, waiting a day in between each workout. legs whenever I get around to it.
