Not sure if this is write place to post, but I'm getting bloodwork tomorrow which I'm supposed to fast for. I'm not supposed to have anything except for water after midnight, but I forgot and I had a few pieces of chocolate around 1:00 am. Is this going to be a problem or should it be alright?

Im totally guessing... i have no idea, but I think they ask you only to drink water to see how much what you have in your blood at your like, "normal" state or something. so for example if you ate you could have more cholesterol in your blood but after sometime it dissolves or something, and the amount of cholesterol will probably lessen. so they need to examine your blood after your body digested and did all the work it does with the food. i think. ;x
