Ive have abnormally sore thighs from working out in a poll yesterday, any suggestions to help them recover?

if your new to fitness at all, or you have just not been using your legs, they are going to get extremely sore, continue using them, they will get more muscular

the best way to recover is to do the same thing again if not do some squats with little or no weight and take a relaxing jog. stretch before and after to prevent the soreness from happening again
