Sup guys, I'm joining the Air Force in the coming months, should be going to MEPS within the next couple weeks, anyway, I'm still kind of chubby and i'm looking for anyone who has a hardcore workout regime that can help me or a good diet, i'm sure that's a reason why i'm still a little chubby, I eat horrible food, cookies for breakfast. Gummy worms for lunch and cake for dinner. Pic related, it's me.

If you want to shed off some pounds in a few months, do this program
I've done it myself and although its unbelievably difficult, it works very well

Damn, that looks painful.
The best way to lose weight is your diet, not what people commonly term as 'dieting' (where they basically starve themselves into dropping weight, it's terribly unhealthy). Though if you want to do some good workouts, www.crossfit.com is where I go, do the WOD (Workout Of the Day) every other day, until you can do it once a-day (if you wanna do that).
I have a few friends in the chair-force, I'm pretty sure that the fitness-test is however many pushups you can do in a minute, followed by however many sit-ups you can do in a minute, and running a mile and a-half.
Best of luck.

No prob.
I was trying to find the workout index for you to pick from, but to no avail.
That's what I do when I don't like the current WOD.
Anyways, here's a place to read-up on a diet plan:
