I'm sixteen and have been lifting heavy for 3 years along with of lots cardio. I eat like a regular teenager (everything in sight) and havent seen any physical change. (still chubby). This is obviously my problem. So can any of you recommend an inexpensive diet?

Being a kid just eat as long as it's not overboard, you're growing. And do sprints and work out. Just lifting won't make you in shape or lose a lot of weight. Cardio is the best fat burner

Try eating less food without cutting out too much protein (if you still want more muscle, that is). I lost a good bit of weight by eating only when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied (not stuffed).

If you're still chubby then do some intensive cardio, interval training will shift that in no time.

Damn haha I hate cardio. I do at least 30min on the treadmill and at the local YMCA I do 5 sets of 10 suicides.

I'm assuming you're literally pouring sweat at the end of this, if not then increase intensity!

Also, if you're not shifting weight, then cut down the carbs and stick to more vegetables, fruits and granola bar type meals. Make sure to eat breakfast too, there's plenty of healthy breakfast cereals.

Interval training shouldn't take that long though! Just do suicide runs for 5 minutes, 2-3 times a week!
