Anyone get rid of their sweet tooth? How did you do it, what did you do and how hard was it? I'm a sugar addict and I need to cut down or reduce the amount of sugar intake.

If you drink too much pop or soda just stick to drinking only water for a few days. After a couple weeks of doing this I really didn't even want pop anymore. When I finally did drink it I was disgusted by how my teeth felt afterword.

I've hard a good tool for craving sweets is dark chocolate. Just like one or two squares, and you'll feel like you got to eat chocolate, without actually harming yourself too badly. Actually, in many ways, dark chocolate is beneficial in some ways. Not to mention it's not as tasty as other chocolate so you'll be ok with those two squares haha

Don't brush your teeth for 2 weeks. You'll developed a cavity or a sever sense of sensitivity; anytime that you eat sugar you'll get a serious pain. You'll never eat sugar again.

I've done that before. I'm waiting to get my root canal finished.
