K guys so I need help.   
   
Im 18 and i wanna loose some weight. I know if i loose some ill get the chick i like.   
Im kinda short im 5.5 ft and i weigh 170 lbs. I workout 3-4 days a week but i think my problem is my eating habbit. I dont really eat junk food or drink soda, but when ever i eat at home i dont know when to stop. I mean i get stuffed like motherfucker .Im not really askin for a strict diet, but i wanna know what i can do to stop eating like pig and feel satisfied with little food. And what workouts work on the pecs the best, cuz i still have man boobs i wanna get rid off.

Try chugging a liter of water before eating, hopefully it'll make you feel full enough that you won't over eat.

You won't get rid of man-boobs by working out just your pecs, only give them a bit more shape but you'll also make them bigger. You have to lose weight all-over.
