Anyone on?

Cause if so listen to me bitch.

Anyways, I've been experimenting with different workouts (HST, cross-fit, little-method, Tabatha) and I think that I want to get back into cross-fit. Problem is, that I'm lazy as shit right now because it's been a little since I've worked out last (a week or something like that), plus I just got off of being sick ( a couple days ago). Anyone got any pro-tips on how to get energized and start working out again?

But on a more serious note, try and get a buddy to do it with you. THat helped me a lot.

Eat an apple, watch Project X realizing how awesome you could be if you were bigger, and then go out and work out (thats how I get motivted).
