Okie dokie. Im 5'7'' and 14 years old. I weigh about 126. From what i haveresearched i'm at the normal weight for my age/height. But still my body is weirdly shaped. Everyone thinks i'm skinny til i take off my shirt.. My upper body is fine, but my core is shaped oddly. I have pretty big love handles, and towards my belly button my stomach indents in. But that's where i have a lot of fat. I have a pool, so i get in and do 30-40 laps 2-3 days out of the week. I also go for a 2 mile run in the morning which i hear wont do much since that's only burning about 200 calories.. I've lost just a tiny bit of weight in my upper body, but absolutely no change in my lower torso. I have a little over a month left of summer and im dedicated to getting the body i want for the school year. Any tips?
PS: I do no eat a lot at all. Im never really hungry, i eat twice a day but small meals because im filled fast.

If you're comfortable with it I'd say post pics, but have you ever been overweight/fat before? Having visible love handles at 126 pounds is unusual to say the least. Also, eating less is not necessarily good and it might be the reason that your belly/lower torso is big. When you don't eat a certain amount of calories (usually like 1200 or so so) your body will essentially start to hold onto the food and slow down your metabolism.
Okay well, when I used to have this issue I started drinking a lot of water, a gallon a day at least. Chances are is that you're not getting enough water everyday and because of this your body is holding on to the amount that you do get for long periods of time. If you try drinking a gallon of water a day for like a month or so along with cardio/abs workouts you should be able to slim down. But you'll also lose weight in other places since you can't really target fat loss.

try eating more; not in one sitting , but through out the day have five or six small meals. when you dont eat very often your body goes into a "survival mode". basically it thinks you won't get food for a while so it stores the nutrition as fat cells( for long term storage) as aposed to burning right away.good luck with your goals :)
