I've always been self conscious and people have always called me fat. I've lost some weight and am 74 kg, 5'8 and 15. I'm soft around the edges but still feel uncomfortable. I want to know if that is about the right weight.

anyway youre 163 lbs and only 5' 8'' AND youre 15. i totally agree with the guy above but, you do need to lose weight. It is unhealthy first off and i know what its like for people to call you fat. I was actually really depressed because i didnt see myself as fat but apparently i was haha. I grew tired of it and joined the track and field team at my school. Luckily my coach saw something in me and instead of making me a thrower for shotput, discus, etc. he let me run with the team. I turned out to be great and lost 15 pounds, gained lots of muscle, and now im on the football team :D YOU. CAN. DO. IT.

i wouldnt worry. youre 15 so you still have growing to do. if you keep exercising you will lose body fat and add muscle so i would do that. if you feel uncomfortable, then take charge. but if you feel fine and its only other people bothering you about it, dont change. its most important what you think
