Hey somebody help alter my sceduale for work out tomorrow
breakfast - 5 egg white and oatmeal
after 30 min to digest
outside for cardio until i can utterly do no more
lunch/snack of a can of tuna (if late enough or hungry)
than curling weights 40's for bicep training also
pull ups for core and biceps
than chest training
Any suggestions on what i should change?

It may be a good source of protein, but it has some of the worst fats that your body really does not need. Red meats are known to harbor the highest amounts of cancer causing carcinogens. Fish, chicken, even pork are better. Red meat is okay in moderation though.
